Woker Freight Services (WFS) recently opened its newly expanded office in Walvis Bay, marking a significant milestone in the company’s continued growth and reaffirming its commitment to delivering world-class logistics solutions across Southern Africa.

The official opening celebrated the transformation of a section of the company’s warehouse into a modern office space designed to meet the demands of a growing business. The redevelopment blends the building’s industrial heritage with a contemporary corporate environment, creating a collaborative and efficient workplace for employees.

WFS General Manager Cronje Grane said at the ceremony that the investment reflects the company’s appreciation for its workforce and confidence in its future. “We are excited to provide a modernised workspace for our employees, who have shown exemplary resilience and a positive attitude throughout the rapidly changing logistics services environment in Walvis Bay.

This new phase of office modernisation is another way our shareholders are thanking our team for their contributions to keeping our company at the forefront of the local industry,” Grane said. The office expansion reflects the company’s ongoing investment in its people and infrastructure as it continues to strengthen its operational capabilities.

Company officials said the development also demonstrates the trust placed in WFS by its clients and business partners, while recognising the dedication and professionalism of its employees, whose expertise has been instrumental in the company’s continued success. The new office is expected to enhance collaboration, improve operational efficiency and provide a more productive working environment as WFS positions itself for future growth.

As the company enters its next chapter, WFS remains committed to building on its century-long legacy of excellence by delivering tailored, reliable and innovative logistics solutions that meet the evolving needs of customers throughout Namibia and the wider Southern African region.
